Refund Policy

Transparent terms, no surprises.

Overview
The AppConcierge provides custom, hands-on mobile app development services. Because every project is built specifically for each client, we follow a milestone-based payment structure to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Payment Terms
All projects require a 70% upfront payment before work begins.
The remaining 30% is due upon project completion, prior to app store submission and final delivery.

Refund Eligibility
Because we begin work immediately after the first payment, the initial 70% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
This covers:

  • Project strategy & scoping

  • Initial design & development work

  • Setup and integration time

  • Project management and communication

Final Payment (30%)
The final 30% is due once the app is ready for review and approval.
If, at this point, you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will make reasonable revisions within the scope of your package. However, failure to complete the final payment forfeits delivery of the completed product and publication to app stores.

Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun:

  • The initial 70% payment is retained to cover time and labor already invested.

  • No further payment is required.

  • No deliverables (design files, apps, store listings) will be transferred or launched.

Subscription & Hosting Fees

  • For clients on ongoing monthly or annual plans (for hosting, updates, or support):

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable once charged.

  • You may cancel your plan with 14 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Annual plans are non-refundable and run for a full 12-month term.

Revisions & App Store Submission
We provide submission support and handle platform-related rejections as part of your service.
However, refunds are not granted for publishing delays caused by Apple/Google policies, missing client content, or incomplete onboarding materials.
